Conditions and procedures for the application of the dangerous goods transport certificate:
First, have a general freight qualification certificate, and have worked for more than 2 years;
Second, there is no major accident certificate within 3 years (this requires you to find a company qualified to transport dangerous goods to issue a certificate for you);
Third, go to the traffic control department where the company is located to confirm that you have no major accident within three years;
Fourth, take this certificate and go to the transportation management office (bureau) of the district or county where the enterprise is located to apply for an additional item;
Fifth, wait for the notification to participate in the training fee of about 1200 (including teaching materials), bring a copy of the driver's license, a copy of the general cargo transportation qualification certificate, and 3 1-inch photos on a white background to the Freight Department of the Transportation Bureau for registration.
Legal basis: Article 24 of the "Road Transport Regulations of the People's Republic of China" Anyone who applies for engaging in the transportation of dangerous goods shall also meet the following conditions:
(1) There are more than 5 vehicles and equipment specially used for the transportation of dangerous goods that have passed the inspection;
(2) There are drivers, loading and unloading managers, and escorts who have passed the examination of the competent transportation department of the people's government at the city level with districts where they are located and have obtained the qualification certificate;
(3) Special vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods are equipped with necessary communication tools; (4) There are sound production safety management systems.
